Home Loans for Attorneys – Lawyer Mortgage Programs

Lawyer Mortgage Programs

Competitive home buying and refinance loans for lawyers and attorneys.
Low Interest Rates · Conventional and FHA Loans · Investment Properties.

Attorneys may qualify for one of our highly competitive home loans, including first time home buying programs, investment property financing, and low rate refinances. We are confident that if you compare the terms we offer you to other mortgage lenders, banks, and credit unions, you will clearly see we are your best option.

Home Buying Programs for Attorneys

We provide competitive home buying programs to attorneys.  This includes a range of loan products that range from very low rates on conventional loans to low rates and low down payments on FHA loans.  If your ultimate objective is to purchase a home with the lowest down payment possible, we have two options that may be suitable for what you are looking for.  Our “conventional 97 loan” will finance a home purchase with only 3% down.  This can be compared to a FHA home purchase loan that requires a 3.5% down, and has very easy qualification guidelines.

We recommend FHA loans for first time home buyers due to the less strict qualification guidelines.  This low 3.5% down payment requirement on a FHA loan is extended whether you are a first time home buyer or if you have owned a home before and want to buy something new.

A lot of attorneys have more to put down, however, and are more concerned about locking in the lowest rates, avoiding PMI, and other factors.  If you have the means to place a larger down payment, or have excellent credit, you may want to consider a conventional loan. This is especially the case if you can put down 20% since you will not be required to pay mortgage insurance.

Regardless if you choose a conventional or FHA loan, we will strive to provide the absolute best terms for your loan (low rates, low payments, and low fees).  After reviewing what we can do for you, we encourage you to speak with other mortgage lenders that work with attorneys and lawyers.  Our home loan programs are hard to beat!

Jumbo Loans for Attorneys

Those seeking to buy a more expensive will want to pursue a jumbo loan. We extend loans up to $2,000,000 on home purchases and refinancing. The terms offered on jumbo loans vary depending on credit qualifications, income, and property value. We provide some of the highest LTV ratios on jumbo loans for qualifying applicants, and our rates consistently can compete with lenders nationwide.

Investment Property Financing

In the market to buy an investment property? With low mortgages rates, low home prices, and rent prices raising all over the country, now is a great time to purchase an investment property. Our mortgage programs are available for investment property purchases and refinances, for both conforming and jumbo loans.
